What MASHnet does
MASHnet’s activities aim to respond to the needs of those in work in the health services, research, and industry who are interested in, or actively involved in the area of healthcare modelling and simulation. More information about each of these areas of activity is given in the separate sections of this website.
Among other things MASHnet:
- Provides an ongoing forum for exchange between key interest groups in health services modelling
- Organises and hosts events such as workshops, seminars, conferences etc
- Develops and maintains a dedicated website, structured to respond to the needs of users
- Co-ordinates linkages and affiliations to other key organisations
- Sponsors fundraising activities
- Develops and disseminates materials for the promotion of best practice
- Develops educational, web-based learning resources
