Currently introducing services based on a specially-developed stochastic Discrete Event Simulation model, which simulates the booking of patient appointments from persistent waiting lists and accounts for clinical urgency, a variety of disruptors, and many possible booking rules.

The simulator and research papers based on it are available free of charge to the NHS at www.nhsgooroo.co.uk, together with training and operational versions of the simulator and a derived deterministic capacity planning system.

A previous venture introduced deterministic waiting time and capacity modelling into over 200 NHS Trusts and commissioners.
