Dr Thomas Jun

His research involves applying the learning from fields such as design, ergonomics and operation management to the healthcare service design with a view to enhancing quality and particularly patient safety. He is particularly interested in how mapping, modelling and simulation methods can be applied in collaboration with healthcare managers and professionals.

He led a production of a workbook ‘Modelling and Simulation Techniques for Supporting Healthcare Decision Making – A Selection Framework’ in his previous EPSRC-funded research project, RIGHT (Research into Global Health Tools). http://www-edc.eng.cam.ac.uk/books/right/
