Dr. Daniel Gartner is the Aneurin Bevan Lecturer of Operational Research at the Aneurin Bevan University Health Board and Cardiff University, United Kingdom. His research examines mathematical programming and machine learning techniques applied in health care operations and information systems management. He earned his doctoral degree in Operations Management at the TUM School of Management, Technische Universität München (TUM), Germany. Prior to joining Cardiff University, he worked as a research associate at Carnegie Mellon University, USA in the H. John Heinz III College, School of Information Systems & Management. |
