Ms Elaine Hobson

I am Chief Operating Officer at a Teaching foundation Trust.  I begun my career as a qualified nurse and since becoming an operational manager and executive my interests have been focussed on developing performance and improving health services.  I have led the trust in the development of skills and knowledge in improvement techniques and championed their application to complex whole systems.  Learning from other organisations and business practices has been a critical part of my personal development.   I know that I still have a lot to learn!
